**Customer Service Representative - Travel Industry**

**Location**: SCO 347 Webart, Panchkula
**Salary** Upto 40,000 (Negotiable)
**Work Timings**: Rotational Shifts
**Experience**: 2-6 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interact with customers via phone and electronic communication.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless service delivery.
- Occasionally negotiate with business clients for the best product rates.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Prior customer service experience (preferably in travel industry).
- Expertise in handling complex queries and complaints.
- Strong negotiation skills for business clients.
- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure.
