**Job Title: Customer Support Representative**
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and guide them through problem-solving steps.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm and courteous manner, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Continuously strive to improve customer support processes and procedures.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,359.38 - ₹27,957.02 per month
