We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support to join our team. This hybrid role combines customer service and sales responsibilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional support to customers while identifying opportunities to drive sales. As a key member of the team, you will work directly with customers to resolve their issues, answer their inquiries, and ensure their overall satisfaction, all while promoting our products/services and contributing to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Issue Resolution: Actively listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot technical or service-related problems, and guide them through step-by-step solutions.

Provide Product Guidance: Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits to ensure they fully understand what they’re purchasing.

Handle Complaints: Resolve customer complaints in a calm, professional, and empathetic manner, ensuring their issues are addressed and they feel valued.

Ensure Satisfaction: Follow up with customers to confirm issues are resolved and provide additional assistance as needed, aiming for complete customer satisfaction.

Identify Sales Opportunities: Listen to customer needs and suggest additional products or upgrades that may benefit them, ensuring their needs are met while also driving sales growth.

Promote Products/Services: Actively promote products, services, and special offers to customers during every interaction, with an emphasis on closing sales.

Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant products/services based on the customer's needs and preferences.

Generate Leads: Proactively identify and generate new leads from existing customer interactions.

Customer Feedback: Collect feedback on products, services, and overall customer experience to provide insights for improvement.

Data Entry & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and support activities in the company’s CRM system.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, technical support) to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
