We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and queries effectively within defined timelines.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate department and follow up for closure.
- Record and update customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in CRM/software.
- Meet performance targets such as response time, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
- Support sales initiatives by providing product knowledge and generating leads when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to company guidelines.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, promotions, and processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,569.22 per month
