**Job Title: Customer Care Executive**

**Location: Kochi**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide prompt, clear resolutions or escalate to relevant departments when needed.

Maintain detailed logs of queries, follow-ups, and resolutions.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a consistent brand voice.

Liaise with internal teams including Dispatch, Medical, Sales and Marketing for seamless execution.

**Skills & Requirements**:
2-4 years of experience in customer service (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or e-commerce).

Fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil; knowledge of additional regional languages is a strong plus.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic order processing workflows.
