As a Customer Care Executive at our charging station office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and handling customer inquiries to ensure a positive experience for every user of our platform. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
1. Customer Support:

- Provide accurate information about our services and assist customers effectively.

2. Problem Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

3. Order Assistance:
Assist customers with placing, modifying, or canceling order of our card on the platform.

Guide customers through the ordering process, troubleshoot technical issues, and address any difficulties they may encounter.

4. Technical Support:

- Provide basic technical support to record, and maintain customer data,

5. Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest offerings, menu updates, promotions, and features of our platform to provide accurate information to customers.

6. Customer Feedback:

- Gather and document customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints, and communicate insights to the relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree Is required.
- Freshers can also apply
- Excellent communication skills(MALAYALAM,ENGLISH,HINDI), verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customer concerns.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, nights and weekends.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation.

**We are looking for 8 hour and 12 hour rotational basis customer care team who can work both in day and night.**

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
