**IT Hardware Sales Executive**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for rental IT products by prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Understand customer requirements and offer tailored rental solutions based on their IT needs (e.g., computers, servers, networking equipment, software).
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and rental agreements.
- **Market Research**:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest IT product trends and rental market demands.
- Monitor competitors’ offerings and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Sales Targets and Reporting**:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track and report on sales activities, lead conversions, and overall performance.
- Analyze sales data to improve strategies and sales outcomes.
- **Customer Support and After-Sales Service**:
- Provide customer support and guidance regarding the rental process and product usage.
- Troubleshoot client issues and work closely with the technical support team to resolve problems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up post-sale and gathering feedback.
- **Contract and Documentation Management**:
- Draft, review, and manage rental contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payments.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and create promotional campaigns.
- Liaise with the logistics and technical teams for smooth product delivery and setup.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT, technology, or rentals.
- Strong understanding of IT products, including hardware, software, and rental models.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,683.08 - ₹40,969.08 per month
