Customer Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product information, orders, and queries.
- Provide accurate details regarding perfumes, offers, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the concerned team when required.
- Follow up with customers on pending payments, deliveries, and service feedback.
- Maintain call records, update CRM/ERP systems, and generate daily call reports.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional service.
- Meet performance targets related to call handling, conversions, and customer retention.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate/Undergraduate with good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- **1-3 years of experience** in tele-sales, tele-support, or customer service (FMCG, retail, or perfumery industry preferred).
- Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive communication.
- Ability to handle pressure, objections, and customer grievances.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
