**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Identify and target potential business clients through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and inbound marketing leads.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- **Client Engagement & Relationship Management**:
- Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to understand client goals and challenges.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with B2B marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for key clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:
- Prepare competitive pricing proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure deals are closed effectively while maintaining profitability.
- **Market & Competitor Analysis**:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine offerings.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- **2-5 years of proven experience** in B2B sales, preferably in [your industry, e.g., SaaS, manufacturing, professional services].
- Strong understanding of **B2B marketing principles** and account-based marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Competitive base salary plus commission.
