**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls to potential leads and maintain a high call volume daily.
- Generate and qualify leads through various online and offline channels.
- Explain property features, location advantages, pricing, and other key details to potential clients.
- Build rapport and maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
- Update and manage CRM systems with accurate lead information and status.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Stay updated on current property inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience in real estate** telesales or presales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Proven track record of lead generation and appointment scheduling.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
- Fluency in [Mention Languages - e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi].

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
