**Job Description: Presales Professional (IT Consulting & Services)**
**Position**: Presales Professional
**Experience**: 3 to 4 Years
**Location**: Pune
**Work Mode**: Work From Office (WFO)
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Engagement**: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand business challenges, and recommend IT consulting solutions.
- **Solution Development**: Design tailored IT service offerings, including infrastructure, software, and managed services, to meet client needs.
- **Proposal Management**: Develop detailed proposals, presentations, and case studies highlighting technical and business value.
- **Market Research**: Analyze industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging technologies to enhance service offerings.
- **Sales Support**: Partner with the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders by providing technical insights and solutions.
- **Product Demonstration**: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase IT capabilities and align solutions with client goals.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with delivery, technical, and sales teams to ensure smooth project handovers and implementation.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong understanding of IT consulting and managed services.
- Experience with cloud computing, software development lifecycle (SDLC), or IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Proficiency in preparing proposals and using CRM tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Education details
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
