**Associate Customer Success - EdCast (Mumbai, India)**

**In this role you will.**
- Programmatically setup multi-channel campaigns to influence learner behavior
- Design and drive specific cohort campaigns to address certain specific groups, eg: women learners, students, IT working professionals
- Write copies for campaigns that are emotionally persuasive and lead to high conversion rates
- Conduct analysis on user behaviour using predefined reports on Domo
- Create and concise weekly reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Create behaviour-based user segments to meet set targets, eg: sign ups, enrolments, completions
- Analyse campaign performance post implementation and make required changes
- Regularly check for enhancements required on Clever Tap

**You’ve got what it takes if you have**
- 1-3 years of experience
- BA/BCom/BBA
- MBA from a premier school
- Business Acumen
- Data Analytics
- MS Excel
- Project Management

- Engagement Tools - Canva
- Customer Lifecycle Tools - CleverTap
