While we are organically certified traders and only partner with organically certified farmers (NPOP, PGS, Ecocert), we feel it is important to go beyond the paperwork to ensure the product you receive is naturally grown in the absence of harmful chemicals. Some of the steps we undertake include regularly visiting our farmers & farms, conducting random internal checks on our produce, and working to maintain transparency in our entire operations process.

**About the role**:
We’re looking for outstanding Customer Success Associates who have consistently delivered high customer satisfaction, and thrive in taking full ownership of delivering delight to our customers. You should understand the importance of customer success and takes pride in going over and beyond to help the customers. You should put your customer first and should be passionate about helping people. You should have an ability to think on the feet to come up with creative solutions for customer issues.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to customers.
- Assist new customers in getting started with our products and services.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to educate customers on how to use our products effectively.
- Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team to assist the customer in the best way possible
- Drive 100% customer retention by delivering extraordinary experience
