Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:

- Troubleshoot technical problems, provide guidance on product usage, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.

Account Management:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review product performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Collaborate with sales and product development teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients and coordinate product demonstrations or training sessions as needed.

Customer Success:

- Proactively engage with clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and achieving their desired outcomes.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive adoption, retention, and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Monitor key performance metrics, track customer satisfaction levels, and implement initiatives to address any areas of concern.

**Skills**:1. Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts.

2. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of an organization.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
