We are looking for an energetic Remote Customer support executive to help us to delight the customer by solving their queries at Fotovilla.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Brief knowledge of the field of E-Commerce.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should know English & Hindi.
- Self-starter, broad thinker, strategic planner, and methodical execution.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Answers inbound messages and calls from customers with order issues, technical issues, or general questions regarding service or product. Assists customers with questions and concerns on all products and services offered by the Company through research and resolution using various tools and systems.
- Ability to understand customer technical requirements, and translate them into technical needs. Engage with key stakeholders and customer technical clarifications.
- Select the proper combination of hardware, software, equipment, materials, and services that will - deliver the highest value to the customer while supporting overall Honeywell business objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-48 per week

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
