Looking for a smart service provider cum Customer Support Executive for my firm who would work with our clients to provide quality service and to ensure clients get the services they need

**Responsibilities**:

- You shall be coordinating & providing services like Legal Compliances, Export & Import Related Services, Digital Marketing Services, GEM & Tender Solutions, Business Counseling, Accounting Services, Project Report Preparation & Funding, E-Commerce, etc
- Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct provider
- Sourcing Service Providers, negotiating & signing agreements
- Create and maintain a database of clients and client needs
- Ensure each client is given necessary services & follow-up to fill ongoing service needs
- Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep a customer base and generate referrals from them
- Create & maintain a directory of service providers and resources
- Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction; take the extra mile to engage customers

**Experience/Requirements**:

- You shall be coordinating & providing services like Legal Compliances, Export & Import Related Services, Digital Marketing Services, GEM & Tender Solutions, Business Counseling, Accounting Services, Project Report Preparation & Funding, E-Commerce, etc
