Profile Introduction:

As a key member of our support team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' concerns or issues.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer queries.
- Document and track customer interactions and problem resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Stay informed about product updates and changes to effectively support customers.
- Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer support software.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
