Job Description: Cafe All-Rounder

Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation & Cooking:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including pizza, pasta, burgers, and other continental fast food items, to a high standard.
- Assist in menu planning and food presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.

Barista Duties:

- Operate an espresso coffee machine to prepare high-quality coffee and hot beverages.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and deliver excellent service.

Order Taking & Serving:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Process payments and manage the point-of-sale system efficiently.

Hygiene & Maintenance:

- Ensure the kitchen, dining, and preparation areas are clean and comply with hygiene and safety standards.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and proper waste disposal.

Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with other team members to maintain efficient cafe operations.
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and restocking supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, barista duties, and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and handle cash/card transactions.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to perform cleaning duties and maintain hygiene.
