**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the furnishing market to generate leads and expand our customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Plan and execute fieldwork activities such as client visits, product demonstrations, and participation in industry events and exhibitions.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to the management team regarding market insights, customer feedback, and sales performance.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company, consistently striving for excellence in performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the furnishing or home decor industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork and attend client meetings, exhibitions, and events as required.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques would be an advantage.

**Salary**: ₹12,200.78 - ₹16,000.00 per month
