Key Responsibilities:
- **Menu Planning and Development**:Creating and refining menus, considering customer preferences, dietary needs, and seasonal ingredients.
- **Staff Management**:Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and other culinary personnel.
- **Quality Control**:Ensuring food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards, monitoring food preparation, and taste testing.
- **Financial Management**:Budgeting, managing food and labor costs, controlling inventory, and working with restaurant management to achieve financial goals.
- **Food Safety and Sanitation**:Ensuring adherence to food safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and implementing sanitation practices.
- **Coordination and Communication**:Collaborating with front-of-house staff, other departments, and vendors to ensure a smooth and positive dining experience.
- **Recipe Creation and Standardization**:Developing recipes, ensuring consistent quality, and implementing them across the kitchen.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
