**Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Management**
- Oversee day-to-day school operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- Supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, clerks, and support personnel.
- Maintain student and staff records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate logistics for school events, meetings, and parent interactions.
- Ensure timely procurement of school supplies and maintain vendor relationships.

**2. Financial and Resource Management**
- Assist in preparing and monitoring the school’s budget and expenses.
- Manage billing, fee collection, and petty cash handling.
- Support resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

**3. Facility and Infrastructure Management**
- Ensure maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, labs, transport, and grounds.
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for safe and clean facilities.
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance within the school premises.

**4. Human Resource Coordination**
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring of non-teaching staff.
- Maintain attendance records and leave management systems.
- Support staff training and professional development initiatives.

**5. Liaison and Compliance**
- Liaise with educational boards (e.g., CBSE) and local authorities for compliance and inspections.
- Prepare and maintain statutory records and reports as required by management and authorities.
- Support audit processes and ensure adherence to school policies and procedures.

**6. Communication and Support**
- Serve as a point of contact between parents, staff, and management for administrative matters.
- Handle correspondence, circulars, and official documentation.
- Support management and academic heads in implementing school policies and initiatives.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Management / Education; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in school administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE/educational institutional norms and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and school management software (ERP preferred).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
