**Job Purpose**

This role is very critical and complex in today's scenario post-merger of two organizations. The role includes (but not limited to) handling the warehouse & operations for Opex (SIM, POSM, Gift items etc) and Scrap warehouse(s). The role also handles efficient logistics (secondary - forward and reverse›. The key job purpose of the role is to have complete monitoring. Control. Reconciliation and reporting on the warehouse(s) and their inventories by adhering to the highest levels of warehouse standards on all aspects (i.e.. warehousing. housekeeping. safety and security. scrap disposals etc.). A custodian of huge company assets. Complex operations and handling of large workforce.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Receipt of fresh supplies. Their checking/inspection. safe and systematic storage and record keeping.
- Planning and distribution of Tradable items like SIMs, Starter packs, Recharge vouchers, POP material etc. for the marketplace across the cluster
- Complete inventory management. Warehouse management and Good Housekeeping with high standards of HSW.
- Preparation of invoices/DC/GRN and complete record keeping to link up with CPOS and Payment modules of goods received.
- Managing SIM Packing and onward dispatch to Distributors.
- Documentation for all outward movement. compliance with GST rules.
- Supervision of in-house staff and a large team of Contractors. Transporters and labour.
- Monitor warehouse agency performance through warehousing KPls & drive improvements.

Ensure 100% compliance to HSW in warehouse. logistics: ITCMS compliance. compliance to DoA

Warehousinq

The role requires handling of end to end warehouse management for Opex WH,. The role has to cater to important deliverables by maintaining minimum cost, high efficiency, safety and 100% compliance to HSW. Below are the some key necessities of the role
- Maintain strict inventory controls and maintain minimum Stock level of SIMs.
- Handle multiple local transporters/courier (sometimes politically influenced) and local unions to ensure optimum & timely availability of HSW compliant vehicles to ensure network roll-out.
- Most of the workforce (going upto 20+ numbers per Circle) is less educated (low skilled and/or semi-skilled labours), still the position needs to support timely network roll out and efficient tradable supply chain.
- Continuous engagement of courier partners, labourers through Trainings, team development & motivation.
- Often serves calls beyond duty due to business urgencies from user functions.
- Space Management (manage more in less).
- GST compliance for stock transfer, market dispatches, reverse logistics, SRN, Swap and Scrap
- Most importantly this positions manages the physical area, assets, labours, 3 PLs on ground and all the time support business growth.
- Inventory Controls
- Responsible for respective clusters audit and also ensure compliance of Related Party

**Transaction**
- Planning and distribution of Tradable items like SIMs, Starter packs, Recharge vouchers, POP material etc. for the marketplace across the cluster
- Manage reposing, compliances and interface for auditors and ensuring any supporting required for audit and any issues are addressed in timely manner

Logistics

Ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of SIMs, POSM and other gift items to distibutor.

End to End tracking of dispatches to Distributors/Retailers within TAT
