Direct Sales Executive

Job Location : Oman
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Identify potential customers and create a pipeline of prospects to ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitors' activities.
- Actively prospect and acquire new customers through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to build long-term loyalty.
- Understand customer requirements and tailor product or service offerings to meet their needs effectively.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
- Conduct compelling and persuasive product presentations to potential customers, highlighting the unique selling points and benefits.
- Address customer queries and objections professionally and in a timely manner.
- Sales Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Conduct negotiations with potential customers to finalize deals and achieve mutually beneficial terms.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Follow up on sales leads and proposals promptly to maintain momentum and increase the likelihood of closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and revenue generated.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager or relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team and cross-functional departments to achieve overall company objectives.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance the collective sales performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven 2 to 3 years of experience as a Direct Sales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers effectively.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Technologically proficient with the ability to use CRM software and other sales tools effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, if required.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
