**What will you do at Fynd?**
- Assist with **product-led growth experiments** — landing pages, microsites, forms, and in-product workflows
- Contribute to **lead research & prospecting**: build lists, help set up ABM sequences, and support the BDR team
- Track performance using **dashboards and reporting tools**, turning data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with **sales, design, CX, and product teams** to align on GTM efforts
- Stay curious about **AI tools and new growth tactics**, bringing fresh ideas to the table

**Some specific requirements**
- 1-3 years of experience in **strategy**, **growth, marketing, or demand generation**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering
- Strong curiosity and **willingness to learn** — you don’t need to know it all, but you should love figuring things out
- Be an AI enthusiast: Stay on top of the new tools emerging and trends taking place to take informed decisions across your growth channels.
- Interest in **startups, SaaS, and AI products**:

- Comfort with numbers and data analytics - SQL is a must; Google Analytics, MS Excel is a plus
- Strong communication skills and **attention to detail**:

- Hustle, creativity, and ability to work across multiple projects at once
