What You'll Do

  • Growth Experiments
    : Ideate, run, and optimize growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.

  • Customer Acquisition
    : Hustle your way into conversations with prospects through cold outreach, partnerships, content distribution, and creative campaigns.

  • Data-Driven Hustling
    : Track metrics, analyze performance, and pivot quickly to double down on what works.

  • Content & Marketing Support
    : Create scrappy content (emails, LinkedIn posts, one-pagers, case studies) that helps us win attention and trust.

  • Community Building
    : Engage with relevant online communities, forums, and social channels to get our name out there.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    : Work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to turn growth insights into product enhancements and campaigns.

Who You Are

  • A

    who loves solving problems with creativity and persistence.

  • Resourceful and outcome oriented
    : You know how to get things done without waiting for perfect conditions.

  • Curious about
    AI, SaaS, and marketing tech
    , and eager to learn fast.

  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats—one day doing outreach, the next analyzing funnel data, the next drafting copy.

  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal.

  • Obsessed with growth, experiments, and the thrill of seeing results.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a growth function

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing basics (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers).

  • Analytical mindset—comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and making sense of data.

  • Willingness to hustle—cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, knocking on digital doors.

  • Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools.
