**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Speak to customers and understand their requirements for the trip.
- Identify tours from multiple Tour Operators, offer customers choices of tour, help them understand the difference between tours and operators ‘style and identify the best tour suited for them.
- Represent brand while speaking to customers, be courteous over call.
- Ability to convince customers about taking the trip with Organization.
- Able to deliver the assigned targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Critical thinker and problem solver.
- Destination and Tour Operators Training to upgrade knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- We are looking for sector specialist like Asia, Australia & New Zealand, Africa.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in the above sectors.
- Prior experience in Group Tours sales or an avid traveler is a bonus.
- Strong belief in process and systems.
- Working on MS office, OTA, CRM and reports.
- Multilingualism is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Efficient negotiation and sales skills.
- Up-to-date with international travel trends and destination knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
