
Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, review, and manage end-to-end travel itineraries for individual and group travelers.
- Handle on-tour client calls — assist with real-time changes, emergencies, or support queries.
- Prepare vouchers, confirmations, and travel documents for each booking.
- Support the sales team in preparing custom itineraries, costing sheets, and package proposals.
- Manage after-travel feedback and service quality follow-up.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong command of domestic and international destinations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and booking software (basic GDS knowledge preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple itineraries and deadlines simultaneously.
- Calm under pressure, with a service-first approach toward clients and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a travel agency or tour operations environment.
Work Mode:
- Office presence: 6 days/week (core operational coordination)
- Expected working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
