
Back Office Operation Executive

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the back office - Coordinate and execute tasks related to data entry, document management, and record-keeping - Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions, payments, and other financial activities - Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems - Provide administrative support to other departments, such as HR, finance, and customer service - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies - Analyze and resolve operational issues and implement process improvements - Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other software systems - Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹42,500.00 per month
