Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Office Management
- Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize important records, documents, and confidential files.
2. Communication & Liaison
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Coordinate between the MD and department heads to ensure smooth information flow.
- Follow up on action points from meetings to ensure timely completion.
3. Meeting Coordination
- Plan, prepare, and distribute meeting agendas and materials.
- Record and circulate minutes of meetings with clear action items.
- Monitor progress on assigned tasks and report back to the MD.
4. Strategic & Project Support
- Assist in research, data collection, and preparation of reports for decision-making.
- Support the MD in business development initiatives and special projects.
- Track key performance indicators and prepare periodic summaries.
5. Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Handle sensitive company information with absolute discretion.
- Represent the MD professionally in all interactions.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
