**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar - schedule meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents using **Excel** and **Word**.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and distribute agendas as needed.
- Support in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** in English.
- Strong skills in **Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Calendar Management**.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Well-organized with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
