**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- **Calendar Management**: Efficiently organize the manager’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events.
- **Travel Coordination**: Arrange travel plans, book flights, hotels, and transportation.
- **Document Handling**: Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.
- **Social Media Management**:

- **Content Creation**: Assist in creating and curating content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- **Scheduling Posts**: Schedule and publish social media content at optimal times.
- **Engagement**: Monitor comments, messages, and interactions on social media channels.
- **Call Management**:

- **Screen Calls**: Answer and filter incoming calls, forwarding important ones to the manager.
- **Message Taking**: Accurately record messages and relay them promptly.
- **Meetings and Events**:

- **Meeting Preparation**: Set up meeting rooms, prepare agendas, and ensure necessary materials are available.
- **Minutes and Follow-Up**: Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- **Organization and Reminders**:

- **Task Lists**: Maintain to-do lists and reminders for deadlines, birthdays, and special occasions.
- **Wakeup Calls**: Provide wake-up calls as requested.
- **Event Planning**: Assist in organizing personal events or gatherings.
- **Travel Companion**:

- **Travel Together**: Accompany the manager during business trips or personal travel.
- **Logistics**: Handle logistics, such as packing, transportation, and itinerary planning.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Proven track record as a Personal Assistant.
- **Tech Proficiency**: Familiarity with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- **Time Management**: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Discretion**: Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
- **Cultural Awareness**: Sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and international travel.
- **Education**: High School diploma; additional certifications are advantageous.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
