Alfajr Almassi Limited is a global company with roots in Saudi Arabia, focusing on technology, business consulting, and modern enterprise development. We are expanding our operations in India (Kochi, Hyderabad & Tamil Nadu) and seeking a reliable Personal Assistant to support our management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Maintain and organize business records and documents.
- Prepare reports, minutes, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Ensure confidentiality and time-bound task execution.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Freshers are welcome — training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and handle multitasking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
