Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled OT Assistant with experience in ophthalmic surgeries to support surgeons and nursing staff during eye-related procedures. The role involves preparing surgical instruments, maintaining sterile conditions, assisting during operations, and ensuring smooth functioning of the operation theatre.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and sterilize ophthalmic instruments and equipment
  • Assist surgeons during eye surgeries
  • Maintain OT hygiene and sterile conditions
  • Manage inventory of surgical tools and supplies
  • Provide pre- and post-operative support

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of ophthalmic OT procedures
  • Attention to detail and precision
  • Good communication and teamwork

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,178.39 per month
