**Key Details**
- **Investment Opportunity**: $20K to $50K.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Strategic Leadership**
- Collaborate with the CEO to define and implement the company’s strategic vision and goals.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to drive FinE’s growth and market presence.

**Operational Excellence**
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of business processes.
- Optimize internal systems and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Implement performance metrics to monitor progress and achieve key milestones.

**Business Development**
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand FinE’s reach.
- Build partnerships with financial institutions, brokers, and other key stakeholders.

**Financial Oversight**
- Work with the finance team to manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
- Provide insights and data-driven decisions to achieve financial targets and breakeven.

**Team Building and Management**
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across all levels.

**Market Expansion**
- Drive efforts for geographic and service expansion, including the integration of AI-driven advisory solutions and a Neo bank model.
- **Experience**: Proven track record in senior leadership roles, preferably in the financial or fintech industry.
- **Skills**: Strong strategic planning, operational management, and leadership abilities.
