**About the Job**:
As our Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a pivotal role in guiding our company's operational strategy, ensuring that it supports our ambitious business objectives. You will be the driving force behind operational efficiency, working closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders, implementing strategies, and managing our operations to accelerate our growth.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop, implement, and oversee operational policies and strategies that align with our company's growth objectives.

2. Oversee the daily operations of the company and work closely with executive leaders across departments, such as the CTO, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.

3. Establish and nurture a company culture that promotes our vision and encourages operational excellence.

4. Evaluate operational performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, and report these findings to the CEO.

5. Lead, motivate, and support a diverse team within a demanding and time-sensitive environment, fostering a culture of operational excellence and innovation.

6. Drive the operational execution of our strategic plan, promoting scalable operations and efficient processes.

7. Participate in strategic decision-making to expand and scale the business, leading operational and strategic growth initiatives.

8. Cultivate and manage relationships with strategic partners and vendors to facilitate collaboration and alignment with our company objectives.

9. Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics.

10. Review financial and non-financial reports to derive insights and leverage data to drive operational improvements.

11. Foster the professional development and performance of team members, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.

12. Drive innovation and new strategies for company expansion within the industry's competitive landscape.

**Essential Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a COO or in a similar role, ideally in the EdTech or SaaS sector, with a strong focus on operations, team management, and strategic planning.

2. Solid understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.

3. Working knowledge of data analysis, performance metrics, and operation metrics.

4. Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business development.

5. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

6. Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.

7. An entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. An MBA or relevant degree in business administration is preferred.
