**Job Title**: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

**About the Job**:
We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with extensive experience in building scalable B2B SaaS products, a deep understanding of AI, and a strong background in software architecture design. You will be leading our technology team, overseeing the evolution of our flagship product, Edisapp School ERP, and ensuring it aligns with our business goals and objectives.

In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in backend technologies like.Net core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Node.js, Python, AI, coupled with a deep understanding of Software Architecture Design and familiarity with Azure Cloud Platforms to shape our technological direction.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement the overall technical vision and strategy for the company.

2. Oversee the development of our product, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

3. Manage and lead the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

4. Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies, including AI, to enhance product offerings and improve operations.

5. Ensure the platform adheres to all relevant security and compliance standards.

6. Collaborate with the executive team to establish and manage timelines and resources for technical initiatives.

7. Collaborate with departments like marketing and sales to ensure the product is meeting customer needs and expectations.

8. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay abreast with the latest technological trends.

9. Implement and maintain a robust CI/CD pipeline for the development teams.

10. Ensure smooth deployment of new features and updates to the platform.

11. Develop and implement DevOps strategies to optimize the development process.

12. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the technology department and instill a culture of high performance and agility.

**Essential Requirements**:
1. 10+ years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.

2. Proven expertise in backend technologies such as.Net core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Node.js, Python, and AI.

3. Experience in software architecture design.

4. Familiarity with Azure Cloud Platforms and experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.

5. Proven experience in building and scaling B2B SaaS products.

6. Experience with building and launching high-quality products, from ideation to iteration.

7. Experience hiring, building, and leading world-class technology teams.

8. Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale projects.

9. Deep understanding of Front-end programming principles (JavaScript /ReactJS / Vue.JS / AngularJS).

10. Proven skill in DevOps principles and deploying scalable web apps and Micro-services.

11. Demonstrated technical leadership experience with excellent communication skills.

12. Master's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
