To achieve this, we are building an ed-tech vertical, which will function like a start-up within the existing company as we aim to disrupt the ed-tech market in India with innovative and carefully designed consumer products.
- **What you’ll be learning**_
- As an operations intern, you will learn a variety of skills related to the day-to-day operations of a business.
- You may also learn how to use various software programs to track and analyze data.
- How to create and maintain operational reports.
- Additionally, you may learn how to develop and implement operational policies and procedures, and how to troubleshoot operational issues.
- **What we are looking for**_
- Pursuing Master's Degree in any HR / Operations Management / Project Management / Finance
- Onsite paid internship for 3 months
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office, excellent in Advance Excel.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
