**Job Title**: Operations INTERN

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure all processes run smoothly across all departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and allocate resources (staff, equipment, budget) to meet operational needs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure productivity and profitability.
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring clear communication and goal alignment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Resolve operational issues and manage risk factors, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Coordinate with other departments such as sales, finance, and HR to ensure operational objectives are met.
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and report financial performance.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on operations performance and recommend strategic improvements to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an Operations Manager or in a similar management role.
- Strong knowledge of business operations, project management, and process optimization.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software or similar tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Desired Skills**:

- Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with budget management and cost reduction strategies.
- Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and logistics processes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
