**Designation**: Operations Intern

**Eligibility **:Graduation/Post Graduation

**Job Overview**:
The Operations Intern will assist the Operations Manager and the operations team in streamlining processes and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on findings.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making processes

**Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
