**Role Description**:
Operations Intern will assist and coordinate the operations of the department and will be responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the progression of each student and getting them placement-ready.
- Building relationships with the students, understanding what they need to achieve, strategizing and executing plans accordingly.
- Acting as the bridge between the students and faculty and co-ordinating with the NS team.
- Responsible for resume evaluation and mock scheduling.
- Should be able to coordinate with different teams and address students' bottlenecks on priority.

**Requirement**:

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and output-driven environment.
- Must have good knowledge of Advance excel (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Filter)
- Good communication skills - Proficiency in English and Hindi (Spoken & Written).
- Be responsible for communication as and when necessary.
- Open to work on a on-site setting for 6 months.
- Has a tremendous sense of ownership.
- Bias for action and ready to get hands dirty. Ability to work across different teams.
- Has the ability to break down big problems into smaller chunks.
- Has analytical thinking, problem solving capabilities.
- Always ready to push the boundaries.
