Job Title: HR Operations Intern

Location: Bangalore

Duration: 3 to 6 months

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Operations Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knack for detail, excellent Excel skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This role will primarily involve supporting HR operations with tasks such as travel bookings, data management, and day-to-day HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with employee travel bookings and coordination.

· Support the HR team in maintaining and updating HR databases and reports.

· Handle documentation, record keeping, and administrative support for HR operations.

· Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

· Work closely with the HR team on various operational requirements.

· Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (an Excel test will be conducted before final selection).

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and proactive in taking initiatives.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
