Reporting to the Managing Director and performing secretarial and administrative duties
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of the MD
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders
- Observing best business practices and etiquette
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- **REQUIREMENTS**_
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Require MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Energitic and smart
Gender : Females only
Location : Palluruthy (Cochin)
Qualification : MBA/ any PG
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
