**Role**: L1 Desktop Support

**Location**: R. Kamani Marg, Ballard Estate, Mumbai
**Experience**: Minimum 2 Years

**Key Requirements**:

- Proficient in installing **Windows 7 and 10** operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with, **Lotus Notes/Outlook Client**, **antivirus**, and **patch management client installations and configurations**.
- Basic networking knowledge including **router and switch configurations**.
- Minimum **3 years of experience in customer site IT support** as an IT Executive.
- Familiarity with **OS Installation and Windows Configuration**.
- Working knowledge of **MS Office, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome**, and other web browsers.
- Experience in **Active Directory/domain environments**.
- Understanding of **helpdesk tools** and ability to manage and resolve tickets.
- Level 1 experience in installing **Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019**.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Rotational shift

Work Days:

- Monday to Friday
