**Job Summary**:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Ensure smooth functioning of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**L1 Support**:

- Perform basic troubleshooting of desktop/laptop issues.
- Handle password resets, user account setups, and basic network connectivity issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2 support.

**L2 Support**:

- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software/network issues.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and antivirus updates.
- Manage user profiles, permissions, and group policies.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and warranty claims.
- Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions.
