**Job Title** - Desktop Support Engineer

**Location** - Shankarpalli, Telangana

**Educational Background** - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field (preferred)/ Any Graduate.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to desktops and laptops.
- Perform hardware and software upgrades as necessary.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document support activities, solutions, and configurations for future reference.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

**Skills Required **
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Mac OS and Linux operating systems is a plus.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are desirable but not required.

**Additional Requirements**
- This position may require occasional evening or weekend work to perform system maintenance or support upgrades.
