The Desktop Support L1 role is an entry-level technical support position responsible for providing basic troubleshooting and support services for desktop computers, software, and peripherals. The primary focus is to resolve technical issues, perform initial diagnostics, and ensure a smooth and efficient operation of computer systems for end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Technical Support**:

- Resolve basic hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- **Incident Management**:

- Log and manage support tickets using a ticketing system.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support (L2 or L3) when necessary.
- **Diagnostics and Troubleshooting**:

- Perform initial diagnostics to identify and resolve technical problems.
- Use remote desktop tools to troubleshoot issues.
- Replace or repair defective hardware components.
- **Software Support**:

- Assist with user account setup and configuration.
- Troubleshoot common software issues and provide basic training to users.
- **Network Support**:

- Assist in network connectivity troubleshooting (e.g., LAN, Wi-Fi).
- Support VPN and remote access issues.
- Ensure proper network printer setup and troubleshooting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,703.60 per month
