**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
- Manage logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of services and products to our customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline operations and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and report on operational performance, suggesting improvements as needed.
- **Marketing Management**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at expanding our market reach and enhancing customer engagement.
- Contribute to content creation, digital marketing strategies, and event planning.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend marketing strategies.
- Assist in managing social media platforms and creating promotional materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in operations and marketing, preferably in the EdTech sector.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a hybrid team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM and ERP systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹293,243.28 - ₹557,495.58 per year
