We're looking for a Operations and IT Associate to support both our technology infrastructure and day-to-day business operations — a role perfect for someone eager to learn and contribute across multiple areas.

About the Role

This is a unique position combining IT systems management, business operations, and property administration. You will be responsible for maintaining our digital infrastructure while assisting with essential business and property management tasks. You'll be a key player helping keep our teams connected, data secure, and operations running smoothly.

You'll thrive if you are detail-oriented, a natural problem solver, and comfortable juggling diverse responsibilities in a fast-moving team.

IT Systems & Infrastructure

  • Set up Microsoft 365 accounts (email, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, permissions)
  • Configure and troubleshoot email domains (DNS, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and delivery issues
  • Provide tiered IT support (hardware, software, network troubleshooting)
  • Host, maintain, and update company websites (uptime, SSL, backups, security)
  • Implement, and support CRM systems; onboard marketing and sales teams
  • Maintain digital marketing infrastructure, including SEO updates and analytics tags
  • Develop dashboards and automate reporting for KPIs and workflow tracking (Google Sheets, Power BI)
  • Manage secure digital records, credentials, and password systems
  • Improve remote communication tools (WhatsApp, VoIP, call forwarding)

Business Operations

  • Maintain master property records: ownership, tenants, rent, taxes, utilities, maintenance
  • Track and manage property bills, payments, and compliance deadlines
  • Handle import/export paperwork and liaise with freight forwarders.
  • Liaise with lawyers, accountants, and vendors on legal, tax, compliance, and maintenance issues
  • Support basic HR tasks and administrative coordination

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Interest and aptitude in IT systems, digital tools, and operations
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process management
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration and vendor coordination
  • Comfortable with multitasking between technical and non-technical duties
  • Willingness to learn new tools like CRM software, Power BI, and digital marketing platforms
  • Previous experience in small business or startup environments a plus
