**Job Description: -**
- Organize Franchisee launches, events, seminars, workshops for increasing footfall in Franchisee Location.
- Helping affiliates to recruit manpower at the initial stage.
- Devise the Project Implementation Report and Customize it for every Franchisee.
- Must have experience in dealing with distributors, stockists, channel sales, B2B sales, Pharma sales, franchise sales
- Review stores performance P&L, employees Improve store sales, returns
- Introduce new products, improve margins
- Development of Business by opening new Franchise on PAN India.
- Meeting targets with respect to New centers sign up enrollment targets for the centers.
- Training the Franchises on business know-how.
- Generating leads through various activities.
- Ability to communicate, present effectively with all the Business
- Partners Customers.
- Should have good knowledge about the territory.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
