About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Franchise Sales Executive to join our growth team. You need to do franchise sales by identifying, pitching, and converting potential franchise partners. If you have a strong sales background and a passion for business development, we’d love to connect.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive franchise sales and expansion in assigned regions
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research
- Pitch franchise opportunities and present business models
- Follow up with leads and convert them into franchise partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, or cold calling
- Proven experience in lead generation and client conversion
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in EdTech is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet sales target

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
